Digital Products – No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted once the product is delivered

Once a digital product has been sent via email or made available for download, it is considered delivered and consumed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • You are unable to use the product due to lack of knowledge or compatibility issues

  • You mistakenly purchased the wrong product

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • You did not receive the product due to a verified technical error from our side

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
