Digital products typically deliver instantly or within minutes after payment confirmation.
Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to technical issues — if you do not receive your file within 24 hours, contact support.
Since these are digital products:
There is no physical shipment, courier, or tracking number.
Delivery via email or online access is considered complete delivery.
If the email address provided at checkout is incorrect and results in delivery failure, we are not liable for redelivery, but we’ll work with you to correct the error.
